£70,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits
The opportunity:
A well-known FMCG food business with a portfolio of brands sees the opportunity to grow their European business by over 50% over the next 5 years, by working in powerful partnership with key distributors.
The Senior Regional Sales Manager will report into the Head of Business Development.
What will my accountabilities be?
⭐️Annual delivery of region-specific Net Sales and Profit targets alongside key strategic objectives by managing range, P&L including focus on cost price, distribution, feature and display and collaboratively developing and implementing robust agreed annual joint business plans with our distributors.
⭐️Generate and deliver strategic market plans for long-term profitable growth trajectories, especially via collaborative and results-focussed distributor relationships with your key external contacts.
⭐️Work closely with the International Marketing team to bring wider brand strategies into reality in your region.
⭐️Lead the customer agenda internally; by inspiring, educating and engaging support from marketing, demand planning, supply chain, finance and input from wider teams such as category management & insights.
A great candidate will have:
⭐️FMCG sales account management with grocers
⭐️ Experience working with distributors – ideally international.
⭐️Great commercial grip and evidence of delivering long term sustainable growth
⭐️A positive, can-do attitude - able to influence others and build powerful partnerships to make things happen at pace
⭐️First class negotiation, selling and presentation skills
