Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Lincoln. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. The role involves providing executive administrative support, answering phone calls with professionalism, and completing clerical tasks to ensure organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
* A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to work closely with executives and project managers.
* Capable of exercising good judgment and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in handling high-level administrative tasks.
* Proficiency in office software tools and the ability to manage schedules effectively.
* Relevant certifications in administration or a related field is a plus.
* Familiarity with multi-trade or design-and-build industries is beneficial but not required.
Pay
Salary £27,000 - £35,000 per year (dependent on experience) with premium pay on Bank Holidays & Weekends (if required)
