Senior Creative Designer South Buckinghamshire Full Time | Permanent | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm | Alternate Saturdays 10am–4pm Up to £35,000 basic Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £90,000) Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a luxury kitchen showroom in South Buckinghamshire, who are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join their talented and passionate team. This is a standout opportunity for a confident and driven designer who thrives on bringing luxury interiors to life and is motivated by achieving high-value sales within a supportive and design-led environment. As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll be: Meeting clients in a beautifully presented showroom, guiding them through their dream kitchen journey Designing high-end kitchen concepts tailored to individual lifestyles and tastes Managing projects from concept through to completion, including site prep and client liaison Working closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience Generating new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships What we’re looking for: A minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen design and sales A proven sales track record in a target-driven environment Strong creative and technical design skills, with accurate quoting A consultative approach to client service and strong negotiation skills Confident handling of project challenges or on-site issues Ambition to grow within a luxury, high-performance environment Desirable Technical Knowledge CAD software (ArtiCAD experience highly beneficial) Photoshop Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and internal systems What’s in It for You?
