We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our clients busy Property Department in Northwich. * Draft and manage legal documents and correspondence related to property transactions
* Conduct legal research and compile case information
* Maintain and organise conveyancing files and legal records
* Schedule appointments, completions, and meetings
* Prepare stamp duty and land registry submissions
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals
* Provide general administrative support to the property team
Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role is required, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and ideally experience using the LEAP legal case management software. The role would suit a graduate who also has practically experience within the role, however a degree is not essential. The company offer excellent opportunities to grow within the business, they also offer a company shut down during the Christmas period as an addition to the annual leave provided.
