Account Executive (Corporate Insurance) – Glasgow/Edinburgh
Base Salary: £60,000 plus car allowance and bonus.
We do not set targets for new business and encourage a service‑only focus on existing corporate clients. You will manage an allocated portfolio of 10‑15 larger‑size cases (typically £15,000–£40,000 each) with an overall book of around £400,000.
Responsibilities
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate clients.
* Work under the guidance of the leadership team, based from the Glasgow hub.
* Collaborate with a technical team for broking work, concentrating on client management.
* Grow the book organically through leads from a central team and additional services.
* Mentored to perform client‑focused service rather than aggressive new business acquisition.
Qualifications
* Background in a client‑facing capacity within commercial or corporate broking.
