Job Summary and key responsibilities
Our Design Team is currently working on several new settlements and neighbourhoods and is looking to recruit experienced urban designers.
The ideal candidates will have –
* More than 3 years of UK based experience working on masterplanning projects in similar planning or design practice.
* A post graduate qualification in urban design from a UK based university is essential for this role and a background in architecture will be advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience of strategic site promotion through production of vision documents and outline planning applications in the UK
* Demonstrable experience of working with multi-disciplinary consultants on projects
* Excellent written, verbal and graphic communication
* Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and CAD.
* Hand drawing skills will be advantageous
* Eligibility to work in the UK without a work visa
