Job Description
1. Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards.
2. Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure goals are achieved.
4. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and management.
5. Oversee risk management strategies to address potential project challenges.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
7. Manage procurement of materials and ensure optimal resource utilization.
8. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors.
