Reporting in to the Head of Organisational Learning and Development, you will be actively involved in the full learning life cycle - process (scoping, objectives, scripting, design approach, delivery, prototypes, reviews, tools and evaluation). Furthermore, you will also provide one to one coaching for participants of the programmes you will be delivering.

To apply, you will be experienced in providing learning solutions within a large multi-stakeholder business, either within law, or other Professional Services organisation, have proven organisational ability within a commercial and fast paced environment and the ability to think creatively and innovate
A proven track record of personal development and growth is essential as is a Degree, Level 7 qualification in Learning & Development or Executive Coaching and hopefully accreditation of a recognised coaching body EMCC, ICF, AC
This role is initially offered on a 12-Month Fixed term contract basis.
