Salary : Grade 12, Point 33-39: £44,075 - £50,269 per annum (subject to experience) Contract : Permanent, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year We are looking for a proactive and experienced Trust Cluster Estates Manager to play a leading role in shaping safe, high-quality learning environments across our schools. The successful candidate will oversee estates and facilities management across a designated cluster of SAST schools, lead site teams, manage maintenance programmes, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and deliver projects that enhance our estates. They will also be responsible for implementing a high-quality, customer-focused estates service that supports our schools and contributes to the Trust’s strategic priorities. We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in estates, facilities, construction, or health & safety. Confident leading teams across multiple sites. Knowledgeable about maintenance processes, statutory checks, and PPM schedules. Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results. Customer-focused, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement. IT-literate, including MS Office and SharePoint. In possession of a full driving licence and vehicle access.
