Logistics Administrator Location: Birmingham B8 Immediate start available. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per year. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm We are working with a Birmingham-based Transport and Haulage organisation who are seeking a Logistics/Transport Administrator to join their Transport team. As a Logistics/Transport Administrator, you will be supporting both internal and external stakeholders in providing an efficient and proactive service whilst maintaining excellent customer service. We are seeking a dynamic Transport Administrator who ideally has previous experience working within a high-volume multi-drop environment. Pallet network experience would be desirable. Key Responsibilities: Control collection functions of around 27 trucks Answering incoming calls and responding to queries via telephone, email and Nexus messaging Resolving any issues and escalations Liaising internally with warehouse, customer service and drivers Updating the system and completing reports in a timely manner General admin and team support Monitoring driver performance systemically Any other function related tasks when required To apply, please click apply and follow the application process.
