Salary: $2000 SGD/month + OT

Duties:
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee the mechanical operations within the marine industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a mechanical supervisor in the marine industry.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine engines.
* Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Oversee and coordinate mechanical activities in the marine industry, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Manage the construction, repair, and maintenance of marine engines, including troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
* Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
* Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
* Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of mechanical team members.
* Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all personnel.
