<div><p><b>HR Manager</b><br/><b>Up to GBP55,000 plus benefits</b><br/><b>FTC - 6 months (could be extended/made perm)</b><br/><b>Derby - Hybrid</b><br/><b>Full Time</b></p><p>We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site organisation on an interim basis. This role will lead the delivery of efficient and people-focused HR operations across the business, ensuring a high-quality employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into senior HR leadership, you will also manage a small HR team and support ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and HR administration</li><li>Support managers and employees with HR guidance and escalated queries</li><li>Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to streamline and digitise HR activities</li><li>Monitor HR metrics and reporting to support workforce planning and operational decision-making</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and internal policies</li><li>Support governance and audit requirements across HR processes</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop a small HR team to ensure high standards of service delivery</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across the wider business to improve HR processes and employee experience</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Previous experience within an HR Operations or HR Manager role</li><li>Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employment legislation</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring HR team members</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment with changing prioritiesConfident using HR systems and data to improve processes and reporting
