ERP Implementation Consultant/Engineer (Epicor)
Remote (UK-based) + International Travel to Germany

We're partnering with a client to hire an ERP Implementation Consultant/Engineer to play a key role in a multi-year ERP transformation programme across Germany and the UK.
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end ERP implementations, starting with a major Epicor rollout in Germany, followed by future UK projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and support full ERP implementation life cycle (discovery - design - deployment - support)
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
3. Act as the key on-the-ground technical lead for ERP delivery alongside external consultants and US-based teams
4. Support system configuration, testing, and rollout activities
5. Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
6. Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
