We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our Leiston team.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager (Temp contract) to create a friendly, welcoming, customer focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team and be passionate about engaging with customers.
* Maximise the business by being quick to act and consistently searching for new ideas.
* Lead from the front and ensure all colleagues create a great customer experience.
* Actively encourage engagement with the local area to deliver top results.
* Work hard yet keep it fun.
Qualifications
* Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Understanding of working within a fast‑paced sales and results‑driven environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
* Existing experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or a Branch Manager.
