Sage Solutions | Marketing Agency offers a Trainee Team Leader – Leadership & Management Pathway in Birmingham. This is a full-time, on-site role with a base salary plus performance incentives, Monday–Friday. The programme provides full paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear pathway into management. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and client campaigns, working with UK brands such as EE/BT, British Gas, and Milk & More. With structured development milestones and one-to-one coaching from senior managers, you’ll progress towards leading teams, driving performance, and shaping business growth.
