Building Estates Surveyor
Current role available for a Building Estates Surveyor working for a housing provider in South Birmingham. The role is available on a contract basis for two months and may be extended.
Responsibilities
* Check technical drawings
* Ensure works are carried out to required design and building regulations
* Post inspections of works
* Ensure relevant H&S
Qualifications
Ideally you will have experience of management of contractors, building regulations and planning regulations, knowledge of H&S and ability to read technical drawings.
