The role
Were looking for a confident, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of our restaurants.
Youll own the full experiencefrom the energy on the floor to the quality on every plate. Youll build a strong team, drive performance, and create a place people love to work and come back to.
What youll do
1. Lead your team to deliver a great guest experience, every shift
2. Work closely with your Head Chef to ensure every dish is on spec and on time
3. Build a strong, motivated teamcoach, support and develop your people
4. Create a culture of learning, growth and high standards
5. Take ownership of stock, maintenance and H&S
6. Drive sales and local awareness with support from our marketing team
7. Set the tonelead with energy, respect and consistency
