The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into classrooms to deliver pre-prepared lessons during teacher absences. You'll keep learners on task, manage behaviour effectively, and help maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment. Each day will bring something different, offering excellent exposure to a range of schools, subjects, and year groups.
