Salary: £11,811 rising to £12,613 (Pro rata of £26,891 rising to £28,718)

The Foundation Learning Pathway Programme is designed to help develop learners’ personal, social and academic skills in a supportive environment. With a focus on English and Maths skills alongside a choice of subject pathway, the aim of the programme is to help learners progress to a GCSE/Level 2 programme, an Apprenticeship or a full-time job. The programme will help learners develop some of the essential skills required to enable personal development in preparation for life, further learning and employment.
The Foundation Learning Pathway Coach role is dedicated to supporting learners on programme through working with learners to develop their skills including; working as a team, resilience, communication and personal confidence and to liaise with cross college teams, including curriculum areas, to coordinate the overall programme.
