This newly created Finance Business Partner position puts you at the heart of a business on the up, with a strong growth story and a CFO who’s all about making finance more commercial and operational.You’ll get real exposure to senior stakeholders, the chance to shape reporting, and the opportunity to work closely with operations as the business expands. If you want to be more than just a number cruncher, this is your chance.Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for:
* Presenting financials and management information to site managers and budget holders
* Analysing variances and providing clear, actionable commentary
* Supporting reforecasting, utilisation and margin analysis
* Producing Power BI dashboards and presentation decks
* Business partnering across multiple sites, including infrequent travel to different locations
* Presenting financial data to wider business stakeholders
What you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role (Finance Business Partner, Commercial Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or Management Accountant)
* Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge stakeholders
* Excellent systems knowledge, especially Excel and ideally Power BI
* Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
