Digital Content Coordinator (Photography, Videography & Social Media)– part‑time, up to 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

About the Role
Within the Accessible Design Team, you will create engaging and accessible digital content that promotes the organisations work and amplifies the voices, achievements, and experiences of people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Your work will include photography, videography, social media content creation, website updates, and digital storytelling, used across platforms such as the NHS, Suffolk County Council, and the charity’s own channels.
Key Duties
* Capture photography and video at events, workshops, meetings, and external client projects
* Film interviews, stories and experiences to showcase the voices of people with learning disabilities and autistic people
* Plan and produce engaging digital content, including video campaigns, photography projects and promotional materials
* Edit photography and video using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, adding subtitles, colour correction, audio editing and sound mixing
* Upload and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
* Support website updates with WordPress and assist in creating content for presentations, reports and marketing materials
* Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, accurate and aligned with the charity’s values and brand identity
About You
Creative, organised and highly motivated with excellent communication skills. You have experience in photography and videography, strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop, and can manage your workload effectively. You are comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues, external partners and a diverse range of individuals.
Experience using social media platforms and WordPress is advantageous, though not essential. Ideally you have worked within the charity, health or social care sectors and understand accessible communication and inclusive content creation. A genuine passion for amplifying the voices of people with learning disabilities and autistic people will be key to your success.
