East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Head of Professional Industries to join EKC Broadstairs College. As a Head of Curriculum, you will manage programmes within Catering, Early Years, Hair & Beauty, Health & Social Care, and Sport. You will promote high standards in a positive and supportive culture that aspires to be outstanding.
In the role of Head of Professional Services, your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of programme provision, encouraging excellence in teaching, and managing a delegated budget.

About You
We seek an experienced, innovative, and proactive individual to shape the future of the department. You will ensure high-quality curriculum delivery and support learners to thrive. A passion for raising standards, industry knowledge, and strategic understanding are essential.
You should hold a degree and a recognized teaching qualification (DET/PGCE/CertEd), with demonstrable teaching at good or outstanding level, experience in curriculum planning, and proven leadership skills.
