Our client, based in Calne, is recruiting a dedicated Paint Sprayer / Production Operative to join their dynamic team. As part of the production team, you’ll primarily work in the powder coating section, playing a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and meeting production targets. Key responsibilities:
* Operatively apply powder coating to components with precision and care
* Assemble production parts accurately and efficiently following detailed specifications
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production flow and meet daily deadlines
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety standards at all times
* Future machinery operation including press brakes, guillotines, rolls, and bandsaws, following training and competency checks
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in paint spraying, powder coating, or production assembly roles is desirable
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills in workshop machinery operation
* Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
* Commitment to health and safety compliance on site
