Job Description:
Our client is one of the largest delivery companies, specialising in B2B and B2C orders for many of the UK's leading retailers. As an Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for depot-to-depot (trunking) deliveries, playing a key role in helping our client deliver over 190 million parcels annually.
With a various start times AM, PM and Nights, you'll be responsible for ensuring timely and secure deliveries throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities for a HGV 1 Driver:
* Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle.
* Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standards.
As a HGV 1 Driver we will require:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) license.
* 1 year experience
* Strong punctuality and reliability.
* Knowledge of health and safety practices in transportation.
* Guaranteed 8 hours minimum!
* Competitive pay rate!
* Regular day shifts with early start times.
