Our client a national affordable housing organisation requires a Senior Operations Property Manager to join there expanding property services team to manage and lead a team of surveying staff to manage the stock of their affordable housing portfolio. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver regional repairs, voids, planned investment and major works programmes, ensuring programmes of work are delivered to targets and standards for revenue, cost, quality, and time in line with the association’s repairs / investment strategy. As well as overseeing contractor performance, this role will manage complex contractor relations with the aim to increase overall deliverables and value for money. This is a home-based role with the occasional contractor meeting on performance progress and office management meeting. In addition, you Will be responsible for the management of a multi-disciplined and diverse surveying team located over a wide geographical area, managing allocated budgets..
