Salary: £120–£210 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

We’re working with a forward-thinking secondary school in South Shields that’s on the hunt for a passionate English Teacher to join their KS3 and KS4 team this September. It’s a school that values creativity, champions student voice, and actually gives teachers the room to teach.
The role includes:
* Teaching English across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
* Supporting students of all abilities, including those with SEND
* Contributing to a supportive and collaborative department
What we’re looking for:
* UK QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
* Recent classroom experience teaching English
* A confident, inspiring teaching style
* Strong behaviour management and a good sense of humour (always helps!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
