We are looking for a Head of Operations at our ASOS site in Doncaster (DN3 3FB) to look after the operational requirements and processes of the intake and outbound stock movements, with a commitment to quality leadership of a team of people.
You will be working Monday - Friday, covering 08:30 - 16:30 hours, with flexibility to meet the needs of the Operation.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Take responsibility for ensuring KPIs and performance are achieved and exceeded, as set by the customer
* Manage, inspire, and motivate several Operation Managers to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement, and service improvement is achieved
* Ensure all staff are trained and aware of potential risks. Review and update on a regular basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Demonstrable experience / proven success of operating in similar senior position within a relevant industry
* The ability to coach, lead and develop a large, diverse team, with a strong bias for action to ensure delivery of both client and GXO goals
* Experience of successfully managing a large team of operational colleagues within a DC environment
* Proven experience of driving the CI agenda to achieve cost savings across a site
