About The Role Are you ready to turn your passion for speciality coffee into craft? As an Assistant Roaster, you'll join the beating heart of Origin’s production team in beautiful Porthleven, Cornwall. You’ll be trained by our expert Head of Coffee, Head Roaster and Quality team, gaining hands-on experience with commercial roasting equipment, roast profile management, and flavour development. Whether it’s green coffee handling, machine maintenance, or joining cupping sessions, you’ll be a key part of bringing our coffee to life, from sourcing to the final cup. Please note: Our roastery operates Monday through Saturday, and although this is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, weekend shifts are required as part of the role.
