Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons for KS4 and KS5 students, covering key areas such as cognitive psychology, social psychology, and developmental psychology. Develop a curriculum that challenges students while fostering critical thinking and an appreciation for the subject. Regularly assess and track student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their academic growth. Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate and excel. Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-curricular learning and support student development. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Psychology or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to make complex psychological theories accessible and engaging for students.
