The Role:
This post is offered full time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days between Monday to Saturday, (part time hours will also be considered).

Do you bring knowledge of E-Commerce platforms, revenue driving initiatives and a hard working attitude?
This is a vital role within the Trading Team to build an evolving E-Commerce strategy.
Job responsibilities
E-Commerce Manager role will bring:
* Identifying profitable stock and ensuring listings are engaging
* Researching market trends and pricing
* Identifying new e-commerce opportunities for new and donated products
* Exploring avenues to maximise revenue
Person Specification
Attitude and Behaviours
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to motivate and empathise with hospice staff and volunteers
* Ability to train volunteers in ways of working
* A passion to drive sales and income
* Flexibility and willingness to work in other locations and extra hours as and when required e.g., events
* Willingness and desire to work in accordance with hospice values
Experience
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate both in person and by telephone, effectively at all levels
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of working in a customer care environment
* Knowledge of e-commence management systems such eBay and other online selling platforms
* Some knowledge of St Catherines Hospice work in the community, including its charity shops
* Second hand retail sector e.g. antiques
Qualifications
* General good level of literacy and numeracy with grade C or above at GCSE
* Full driving licence
