RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1+ YEARS PQE, DEVON, £DOE + HYBRID WORKING OPTIONS – Highly regarded and well connected Cheshire law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its team. JOB REF: TL1211

\nThe Role:
\nYou will be joining a close-knit and supportive property team, handling a busy and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with secretarial support. Work will include:
\n• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n• Easements, transfers of equity
\n• Dealing with some planning and environmental
\n• Lease extensions and related transactions
\n
\nThe Ideal Candidate:
\n• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal
\n• Minimum 1 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
\n• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a caseload independently
\n• Commercial and agricultural property experience is advantageous but not essential
\n
