Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational oversight of the ASC Business Hub, ensuring effective governance, performance, and customer‑focused support.
* Finalise, implement, and continuously improve the new Hub model delivery plan, embedding agreed ways of working and monitoring benefits realisation.
* Lead, manage, and develop the Business Hub team, ensuring capacity, capability, wellbeing, and high performance.
* Act as departmental lead for key corporate areas, including the ASC risk register, ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, reviewed, and reported appropriately.
* Lead on business continuity planning, ensuring robust and tested arrangements are in place to maintain critical ASC services.
* Oversee staffing structures, workforce planning, and resource alignment to support service priorities and transformation.
* Lead on office accommodation and agile working arrangements, ensuring effective use of space and alignment with organisational policies.
* Provide assurance to senior leaders on business management, compliance, and delivery against ASC priorities.
* Work collaboratively with ASC leadership, corporate colleagues, and partner organisations to support integrated and effective service delivery.
