What youll need
* Track record in 360 Perm or contract recruitment (ideally in telecoms, IT, or infrastructure)
* Experience working the German market or willingness to learn it quickly
* A quality-driven, delivery-focused approach no shortcuts
* Ability to manage both contract and perm desks
* Confidence to own a high-value market and deliver consistently
