Kitchen Assistant
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Kitchen brigade and play a vital role to support the smooth operation of the Spa Kitchen. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for
* Preparing food ingredients and dishes
* Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
* Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
* Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
* Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Our ideal candidate should:
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of kitchen equipment and work areas
* Embrace a hands-on approach in handling various tasks to support our kitchen operation
* Demonstrate efficiency in managing dishwashing and ensuring a steady supply of clean kitchenware
* Show dedication in maintaining high hygiene standards in compliance with food safety regulations
* Be a reliable and proactive team player, contributing to overall efficiency of the kitchen
