As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll take your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. From driveways to office car parks, you’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
What We Offer

Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £50,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options and additional bonus opportunities.
*
Flexible Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.
We’ll equip you for success from day one — with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.

What You’ll Need
* Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
