We are working exclusively with the Metropolitan Police to recruit 3 x Interim HR Change Managers until the end of the year.
Role Overview
These roles involve leading large-scale organisational restructures as an experienced HR Change Specialist. Candidates must have a proven track record of carrying out end-to-end change management processes, including extensive consultations and engagement sessions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive change management activities during organisational restructuring.
2. Manage large-scale consultations and handle FAQs confidently.
3. Engage with staff through engagement sessions or focus groups.
4. Operate primarily from Scotland Yard (3 days/week) with occasional visits to Kilburn Police Station; remaining time remote.
Candidate Requirements
* Extensive experience as an HR Change Specialist, specifically managing restructuring projects.
* Hands-on experience in all phases of change management.
* Resilience and confidence in managing challenges and FAQs.
* Excellent engagement skills.
* Ability to undergo Metropolitan Police Vetting, including disclosure of police contacts, arrests, warnings, cautions, and convictions.
