Salt are partnering with a global enterprise organisation and are looking for multiple Performance Marketing / Global Social Specialists to join on a contract basis.
£440-£540 per day
London Office (2-3 days a week)
About the Role
This is a global, execution-focused role within a centralised social and performance function. The position is centred around paid social governance, performance strategy, operational oversight, and cross-market alignment. This role requires a data-first mindset, strong governance capability and the ability to influence multiple regions.
You’ll work with global teams, partner markets, and external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution, consistent frameworks, secure handle management, and continuous optimisation using major social platforms.
Requirements
* 5-7 years’ experience in social strategy, performance marketing, influencer ecosystem or digital governance
* Proven background as a social media specialist (not hybrid marketers or content creators)
* Strong governance skills with high operational rigour
* Experience working across several international markets
* Ability to influence teams and decision-makers without owning budgets
* Hands-on understanding of performance strategies across Meta, TikTok and other major platforms
* Experience managing agencies and delivering against performance KPIs
* Comfortable operating in complex, evolving or transformation-heavy environments
* Additional language capability highly beneficial for global collaboration
What You’ll Be Doing
* Implement and uphold global social frameworks, governance and execution standards
* Review market activity to ensure consistency and adherence to global principles
* Use data to guide optimisation, diagnose issues and highlight opportunities
* Partner with markets to strengthen social‑first thinking and improve performance outputs
* Oversee global social handles, platform access, permissions and security
* Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain platform compliance
* Provide structure, process and clarity in rapidly changing environments
* Collaborate with agencies to ensure performance, quality and operational alignment
* Support emerging areas such as social commerce and evolving search behaviours
Preferred Background
* Experience in fast‑moving, social‑led or digitally mature environments
* Exposure to global frameworks, cross‑market operations, or transformation projects
* Candidates with backgrounds in high‑scale digital platforms also welcomed
* Not suited to traditional creative marketing backgrounds - this is an execution and performance-driven role
