Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Front Office Manager in Coldra Court Hotel is based at Newport. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. Responsibilities include managing guest check-in and check-out processes, supervising front office staff, handling customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes maintaining office administration and collaborating with other departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
* Experience in Office Administration and Front Office management
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus
* Excellent Communication skills for engaging with staff and guests
* Proven leadership and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in standard office software and systems
* Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
* Ability to work on-site in Newport and manage teams effectively
