A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Print Finisher to join our client's busy production environment. This role involves finishing, checking and packing printed products to a high standard and working as part of a fast‑paced, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a range of print finishing equipment (e.g. guillotines, folders, stitching lines, laminators)
Follow standard operating procedures to achieve high‑quality output
Check work regularly throughout the finishing process
Maintain productivity in line with team KPIs
Keep accurate records of work completed
Carry out daily safety checks and ensure machinery is kept clean and safe
Report any breakdowns or faults promptly
Support packing, despatch and other production areas when needed
Follow all quality, health & safety and environmental procedures (ISO standards)
Monitor stock levels of materials and report shortages
Attend daily stand‑ups and team meetings
What We're Looking For
Experience in a similar production or print finishing role (desirable)
Enthusiastic, reliable and a strong team player
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
