JB Door Systems is a fast growing and ambitious company operating across the security door, industrial door and aluminium sectors. Established in 2010, we provide manufacturing, installation, servicing and maintenance solutions across both the public and private sectors throughout the UK and Ireland.
As we continue to grow, we are now looking to bring an experienced Finance Director / Senior Finance Lead into the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who started their career in accountancy and has gone on to develop strong commercial and operational experience within a growing business environment.
We are looking for someone who combines strong financial controls with commercial and strategic thinking. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the leadership team, improving financial visibility across the business and helping guide the company through its next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities
* Financial leadership and reporting
* Cashflow management and forecasting
* Budgeting and strategic planning
* Commercial analysis and profitability tracking
* Supporting operational efficiencies and business growth
* Working closely with directors and senior leadership team
* Developing scalable systems, controls and financial processes
* Ensuring compliance and supporting best practice across the business
Ideal candidates
* A Financial Controller ready to step up
* An experienced Finance Director looking for a fresh challenge
* A commercially minded accountant who enjoys being involved in the wider business
Experience within manufacturing, construction, engineering or industrial sectors would be advantageous.
Qualifications and experience
* Strong financial planning, reporting and analytical capability
* Experience managing budgets, cashflow and financial risk
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional accounting qualification preferred (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Previous experience within a similar role and growing business environment
