Your responsibilities include managing referrals, updating patient records, monitoring service processes, liaising with external services, and acting as the main administrative contact for these teams.
Based in a large, shared office, you'll work alongside a welcoming administration team supporting a multidisciplinary group of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health practitioners. 2. Process new referrals and accurately input patient details and treatment information into spreadsheets and electronic healthcare systems.
3. Manage telephone calls, take clear and accurate messages for clinicians, and ensure timely communication.
4. Support clinicians by preparing intervention materials and pulling data from reporting systems as needed.
