Day Rate: £95 - £105 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Description:

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a Level 2 Inclusion Support Assistant to work across the primary phase, providing tailored support to pupils with identified needs and helping raise achievement for all.
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable, and committed to supporting children with special educational needs, both in 1:1 and small group settings. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of educators and inclusion staff in a role where every day is different – and every day matters.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of additional needs
* Support children both individually and in small groups to access learning
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider inclusion team
* Contribute to behaviour support, de-escalation and wellbeing strategies
* Help create a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment
* Support record keeping, observations, and tracking of pupil progress
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
* A relevant Level 2 qualification or demonstrable experience working with children with SEND
* Physically fit and able to respond to the varied demands of the school day
* Resilient, flexible, and calm under pressure
* Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
