Responsibilities
* Take ownership of projects that introduce new processes and technologies, ensuring they meet business targets and deliver real value.
* Specify and install new equipment, validate processes, and hand over to production.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and keep quality and compliance at the forefront.
Qualifications
* A degree in a STEM discipline and experience in project engineering within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong project management skills, including budgeting and risk assessment.
* Knowledge of quality systems and process validation.
* Confidence to work independently and build effective relationships across teams.
