Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie at THE PIG
About the Role: As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will oversee one of the four sections of our kitchen. You'll have the opportunity to experience each section to keep the role engaging and contribute ideas for our evolving menus. We emphasize local sourcing, using ingredients from within a 25-mile radius, our own kitchen garden, and a touch of love to craft our dishes.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage one of the kitchen sections.
2. Lead, teach, and inspire apprentices as part of our award-winning programme.
3. Maintain a fast-paced, energetic kitchen environment with enthusiasm, passion, and professionalism.
