EMEA Third Party Risk Governance and Reporting - VP\nLocation: London/Hybrid\nContract Type: 12 Months\nDaily Rate: From £500 via Umbrella Company\nWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm\n\nAre you ready to take your career to new heights in the financial services industry? Our client, a leading financial institution with a strong global presence, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Third Party Risk Governance and Reporting VP to join their team!\n\nPurpose of the Role:\nAs the VP of Third Party Risk Governance and Reporting, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of TPM Governance and Operations. Your focus will be on managing third-party risk reporting across EMEA and ensuring that key projects with third-party dependencies are executed seamlessly.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nCoordinate and administer the Third-Party Risk Oversight Forum (TPOF) meetings, including schedules, minutes, and action items.\nDesign and implement monthly management information (MI) and operational reporting to bolster TPM operational teams.\nDevelop a third-party data model for effective framework and reporting.\nTrack emerging third-party regulations and determine their impact, developing appropriate remediation strategies.\nCollaborate with second line of defence (2LOD) groups for performance reviews and assurance activities.\nDrive thought leadership by continuously improving the TPRM framework.What We're Looking For:\n\nExtensive experience in third-party management, particularly with current and emerging regulations (e.g., DORA Operational Resilience).\nA deep understanding of risk appetite and the ability to develop third-party strategies.\nProven expertise in drafting clear and concise TPRM documentation, including policies and training materials.\nExperience with industry TPRM tooling and the application of technology for collaboration and reporting.\nStrong communication skills to convey complex topics clearly and effectively to stakeholders.\nA proactive "can-do" attitude to build and maintain service delivery across the region.Why Join Us?\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer: We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.\nCompetitive Daily Rate: Starting from £500.\nCollaborative Culture: Work with talented teams across the organisation to drive impactful decisions.\nCareer Growth: Opportunity to extend your contract and enhance your career in a prestigious financial institution.If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for third-party risk management and a knack for relationship building, we want to hear from you!\n\nHow to Apply:\nTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV demonstrating your relevant experience.
