This role is ideal for someone who can motivate and assist students in Key Stage 3 and above, helping them to succeed academically and personally. Key Responsibilities of the KS3 Teaching Assistant: Provide classroom support to students across KS3, KS4, and potentially post-16. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Offer targeted one-to-one or small group interventions to support learning. Help to monitor and record student progress. Promote positive behaviour and a respectful learning environment. Requirements for the KS3 TA role: Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build rapport with young people and support their individual needs. An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
