We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Duties
* Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Create a safe and inclusive environment where children feel valued and respected.
* Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's learning.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and support individual needs.
* Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and outdoor play, ensuring all activities are carried out safely.
* Lead by example, demonstrating positive behaviour management techniques to encourage good manners and respect among children.
* Drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience within the nursery setting.
* Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the best outcomes for children.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for working with children and understanding their developmental needs.
* Ability to drive is advantageous for transportation purposes related to outings or activities.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development in early years education.
