The role is based in London or Manchester, with additional sites across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Support client people consulting programmes of work to drive lasting transformation
* Support projects or manage small workstreams within a larger programme
* Help build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
* Develop your expertise through client work and commit to continuous professional development
* Help the Partners and Directors generate new client opportunities
* Contribute to the development of our People Consulting propositions and assets
* Support knowledge sharing and develop People Consulting skills within our team
* Contribute to team building activities and team cohesion
Qualifications
* Experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation & Change, or Workforce Transformation
* Experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy
* In-house consulting experience is also valued
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior client team members
* Strong writing skills, proficient in PowerPoint and confident with Excel, and comfortable working face‑to‑face and virtually
* Collaborative mindset and a powerful sense of curiosity
