We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with a strong background in infrastructure projects and security to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and integrating regulatory and compliance requirements into project workflows. As a TDM, you will act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams such as Project Management, Business Management, DevOps, Risk, and Regulatory teams. You will also play a pivotal role in managing dependencies, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within defined timelines. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Delivery: Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocations, and key deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business goals. Team Coordination and Agile Practices: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (PMs, BMs, DevOps, Risk, and Regulatory teams). Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and steering committee meetings. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. Risk and Compliance Management: Integrate regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, SOX) into project plans and delivery workflows. Work closely with Risk, Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams to prepare for and pass technology audits and certifications. Document processes and decisions for auditability and traceability. Issue Resolution and Dependency Management: Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure smooth project execution. Manage dependencies across technical and business teams to maintain alignment and progress. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and steering committees. Key Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong focus on security. Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, and SOX. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage dependencies and remove roadblocks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams. Experience in preparing for and passing technology audits and certifications. Preferred Qualifications Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe). Background in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or security-related projects. Familiarity with tools and technologies used in infrastructure and security projects.
