The Role
We’re seeking a commercially driven, creatively minded Marketing Ecommerce Executive with strong data analysis capability and proven fashion experience.
This is a hybrid marketing–ecommerce role, sitting at the intersection of brand, performance, CRM and buying. You will be responsible for turning insight into action — using data to inform creative decisions, optimise campaigns, improve the customer journey, and ultimately drive online revenue growth.
You will act as the bridge between Buying, Ecommerce and Marketing, ensuring campaigns are commercially strong, creatively compelling and performance-led.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Ecommerce Trading
* Own the day-to-day marketing execution across the website to drive revenue, conversion and engagement.
* Align product launches, campaigns and brand moments with trading priorities.
* Act as the key link between Buying, Ecommerce and Marketing to ensure product focus aligns with performance.
* Optimise on-site merchandising, landing pages and campaign pages to support marketing activity.
* Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect brand positioning while remaining commercially effective.
Data, Insight & Performance
* Lead weekly and daily performance analysis across traffic, CVR, AOV, revenue, ROAS and customer behaviour.
* Translate data into clear actions to improve acquisition, retention and conversion.
* Analyse campaign performance (paid, organic, CRM) and provide creative and commercial recommendations.
* Support forecasting, promotional planning and marketing calendar decisions.
* Identify trends in product performance and customer behaviour to influence buying and content direction.
CRM & Customer Growth
* Support and execute CRM strategy including email campaigns, automated flows and segmentation.
* Use customer data to personalise communications and improve retention.
* Report on LTV, repeat purchase rate, cohort performance and engagement metrics.
* Test and optimise subject lines, content, creative and send strategy to drive performance uplift.
Creative & UX Optimisation
* Manage and update website content using Shopify.
* Support landing page wireframing and campaign builds using Figma.
* Collaborate closely with creative and performance teams to ensure assets are data-informed.
* Continuously test and optimise the customer journey (A/B testing, UX improvements, content hierarchy).
* Balance brand storytelling with commercial performance.
Skills & Experience Required
* 4+ years’ experience in a marketing or ecommerce role within a fashion brand.
* Strong analytical capability — confident interpreting performance data and turning insight into action.
* Experience trading a website in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Proven experience with Shopify.
* Confident using Figma for wireframing and creative collaboration.
* Strong CRM experience including segmentation and automation.
* Deep understanding of digital KPIs including CVR, AOV, ROAS, CAC and LTV.
* Experience working closely with paid media, creative and buying teams.
* Commercially minded with a creative eye.
